1. All users share a common resource pool. When the pool becomes congested, requests are automatically queued with the following priority: Business Annual > Business Monthly > Pro Annual > Pro Monthly > Free users.

Unless otherwise stated, the URLs for videos and images produced via the API are valid for 7 days only. Please make sure to download and store them on your own server promptly.
